24 hour shipment

Locinox strives to ship all of the products listed in our product catalog or our website the next working day, provided your order is being entered before 4:30pm.

In Europe, we ship all catalog products within 24h.

Road transportation

For practical reasons and speed of execution, we ship all of our orders with a Locinox selected transportation carrier, and can not accept your own transportation company. Default shipment is by road. Once shipped, we will send you an email with the packaging list so you receive confirmation of the shipment.

Free freight

Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany: we offer free freight on all orders of € 500. On orders between € 200 and € 500 we apply a transportation fee of € 18. On orders under € 200 we apply a transportation & handling fee of € 27,5.

Continental European countries: we offer free freight on all orders of € 2.000. On orders below € 2.000 we calculate freight charges. On orders under € 200 we apply a handling fee of € 5.

All other countries: freight is being calculated according to distance, weight & dimensions.

Multiple, safe options to choose from

We accept the following online payment methods on our B2B Portal:

In Europe: Visa & MasterCard for credit cards, Ideal, Sofort, Maestro for debit cards and KBC/ING for direct pay.

If you have received a credit account, you have the option to pay your order on account. Our standard payment terms are 30 days net. If you are exceeding your credit limit you will only be presented with the online payment options.

Returns

Return deliveries

Return deliveries can only be accepted within 30 days of purchase and only after a written authorization by Locinox NV and this authorization includes by no means recognition of its liability. The customer should fill in a RMA form and the return delivery is organised in any case at the expense of the customer, freight prepaid.

Locinox products will be taken back and restocked provided the product has not been installed and the packaging is intact. We apply a 10% restocking fee for all products returned within 30 days that have not been opened and which are not locks. We apply a 25% restocking fee for all products returned within 30 days which have been opened or which are locks (since those are assembled-to-order of the customer, they need de-assembly).
